How and when this project started, and on what grounds?
Luppi- Eye Riciclone was born in 2003, with the aim of giving visibility and importance to the practice of reuse and the popular view of the economies, which are seldom heard in spite of the seriousness of their ideas and proposals in the field of waste management.
What are your main activities? How you would define as "advocates of an alternative economy?"
Luppi- Our main activities are the ones I listed in the first response. We are committed to building an alternative economy because we are in a very specific conditions for micro-enterprises involved with Charity starring role in waste management.

Luppi- An economy based on social development is also possible. It is not just to acquire the added value of "social responsibility" in accordance with certain standards, but to structure an economic system in which the exclusion can be "recycled" in forms of production, decent and competitive. From the English Agricultural Revolution on the economy, "embedded" in social relations has been gradually disappearing, giving way to the dichotomy between social and economic development. think that this kind of alternative economy is potentially capable of generating the same widespread prosperity that (at least in part of the world) provides the financial economy now?
Luppi- The current financial economics, which operates according to macrodynamics that no one knows how to control, is no longer able to offer widespread prosperity in any the world. People living in areas where this is being priced in, you'll see very soon threatened unstoppable global trends in relation to the relocation of skilled labor, technology and know-how. L’unica maniera per difendersi dal ciclone in arrivo é puntare sullo sviluppo locale e su iniziative economiche strutturalmente solide, che non oscillino con la stessa volubilitá degli equilibri finanziari e commerciali globali. Da questo punto di vista l’economia popolare puó essere una risposta, nonché un meccanismo di compensazione rispetto all’emarginazione sociale ed economica che l’attuale sistema inevitabilmente produce.
Conosce lo stato di San Marino? Che account has?
Luppi- This is a beautiful place steeped in history, characterized by economic mechanisms, social and political and not very easily comparable with endogenous other contexts.

It is not recognized as economic forms that survive and thrive thanks to their efficiency and not because they receive money from the State, these realities should be accommodated, and should become a starting point for the adoption of new forms of business, more integrated into the social and more oriented to sharing the benefits which the centralization of the profits.
This is, in my opinion, the real key to a social and economic development really possible.
