Ora, partendo dal presupposto che ce lo aspettavamo tutti e, come diceva il vecchio saggio: " Si deve andare avanti, perché indietro non si può ", invece che limitarsi a puntare il dito sui colpevoli (e ce ne sono, eccome se ce ne sono), si deve pensare a cosa fare.
