L’alluvione del 22 ottobre 2008 a Capoterra ha provocato 4 morti e, tra i tanti danni, anche il crollo delle spalle del ponte di Pauliara, sotto la diga di Poggio dei Pini, lasciando così praticamente isolato un intero quartiere di 150 famiglie, collegato al resto della viabilità comunale solo attraverso una strada pericolosa e inadeguata.

Questo nome, spunta anche in un articolo del bravissimo Roberto Galullo, che il 10 Novembre scorso, writes on his blog "Guards and Thieves" , an interesting post titled "I am in Forlì, Carifin the mysterious and Omega."
